ADMISSION & REGISTRATIONS
International Students

All New International Students must follow six admission steps: 

1. Fill out the online application for Admission to HCCS.
2. Fill out the HCCS International Student Application Form (I-20).
3. Fill out the Affidavit of Support Form (I-134). (if you have sponsor(s))
4. The Financial Statement:
   • Personal or family sponsored Bank letter certification or wages or similiar statement of financial resources.
   • Government or company scholarship: official sponsorship letter.
5. $75.00 application fee.  (please send check or money order-do not send cash)
6. Mail application, affidavit, financial statement, and $75.00 application fee to:

What happens after you send your application?

1. Once the Office of International Student Services (OISS) receives your documentation, fees, and application, we will review and assess your information.
2. If you meet all college requirements for enrollment, we will send you an acceptance letter and the U.S. Immigaration I-20 form, which will be used at the American Consulate or Embassy to apply for a student visa.
3. After you arrive in Houston, come to our office at 3100 Main for advisement, or call (713) 718-8520.
4. You will attend orientation, take an assessment or placement test, pick up class schedules, pay tuition and fees, and start classes.
