Returning Students

Returning Students, and have attended within the last 12 months.

Students with this category can proceed with the registration process online at https://spinweb.hccs.edu/PS8SAHOME/index.asp

Returning Students, but did not attend within the last 12 months.

Students with this category must update the residency status to reactivate the accounts, and contact a counselor to setup file for registration.

Update Residency Records

Returning students who have not attended Houston Community College within a year period are required to update their student records and residency. To accomplish this, students must fill out an Update Residency Form and submit it to the nearest HCC Admission location. Each student is required to have a photo ID when submitting the form.

Students who are changing their residency information will need to supply two official documentations to affirm the residency change. Examples of proper documentation include recent utility bills, a copy of current federal income tax form or a lease agreement. A complete set of rules and regulations for determining residency is available at each Admission Center.
